Non personalised items may be returned as long as sent back in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, excluding original delivery costs, if returned within 14 days of purchase, starting the date after the day of delivery for a full refund or credit of the goods value. You the customer will be responsible for the cost of postage in returned items. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use a reputable courier using sign for delivery. Please ensure returned goods are packaged appropriately to stop damages. Allwood Products will not be held responsable for goods that have been returned damaged. Personalised or Bespoke items cannot be returned unless you find an error or the item is faulty. If you find an error with your order, you need to contact us within 14 days and it will be rectified to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.
